    How this is place is not 5 stars is beyond me. All the reviews complaining about their service, like really... You come here for the best deli sandwhich you've ever heard, and you'll get it every time. And if you didn't, it's your fault for not ordering a sandwhich you like. If you think you didn't like it because of how it was made, the ingredients, the temperature, the portions, or any other reason you can think of for why you didn't get a 5 star experience, you're delusional it's your own damn fault. You want a 5 star deli sandwich, come here. And they're much much much more than a deli sandwich place.....

    Sandwiches were killer. Great little old school Italian deli. I'd give Genova 5 stars if it wasn't for service. 1st time here, ordered online, went in to pickup. Not the friendliest folks working behind the counter. Maybe just typical bay area people. Not allot of eye contact, no one really wants to chit chat or answer questions. It's all good. I'd go back for sure. Again, sandwiches were excellent. Maybe just an employee training issue.

    Who doesn't love an Italian Deli? Located in Napa on the east side of Trancas, go check out Genova's. I had gone there years ago when working on a project in Napa. I've got another project going so decided to pay them a visit. Old school classic deli where a counter person works with you to fulfill your order. Sandwiches, hot items or sides. Lots of choices to keep you coming back. Hope you enjoy!

    Sandwiches were good, the three bean salad was delicious it tasted so fresh. I normally don't like this salad. It made my day when the lady who made my sandwiches was so friendly and was very patient with me as this was my first time. I will be coming back, thank you !
